Through the real estate ownership sale service, you can own real estate at specific rates and benefit from its returns throughout the period of ownership, as well as benefit from the opportunity to increase its value.
Steps for Asset ownership :
1- The platform sets specific requirements before accepting any property to assure certain level of disclosure and transparency.
2- You can buy units in the accepted properties in which match your investment requirements.
3- You benefit from the real estate returns in your portfolio on the platform from the approved property manager. You will have a complete update in the property announcement page in addition to annual report.
4- You have the option to register your ownership percentage under your name. Other options will allow unit trading in an open market.
Owning a real estate usufruct means that you own the real estate returns for a specified period in the contract without owning the asset. If you want higher annual returns but without keeping a real estate asset (to avoid asset depreciation), this service is for you.
Steps for usufruct investing
1- The platform require the property usufruct owner(either the owner of the property or a real estate developer with a long-term lease contract) to fulfill platform requirements before accepting it to the platform and assure continues compliance with its governance and disclosure requirements.
2- The buyer can view all the information related to the offered property (that offer the usufruct) with other list of disclosure requirements together with an independent authorized property evaluator.
3- The property income during the contract period will go to the new usufruct owners in the platform in the distribution day.
4- After the end of the usufruct contract, the usufruct ownership right goes back to the asset owner.
